Sr Performance Analyst, Fixed Income
Prestigious investment house seeks high calibre individual with a superior academic record and, ideally a relevant professional qualification (CFA preferred) to work within their performance measurement area. Strong analytical skills are prerequisite, together with fixed income performance reporting experience and knowledge of attribution. Derivatives knowledge is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be well versed in fixed income investments and will have a strong risk and performance background. Applicants will be highly motivated and pro-active, with a genuine interest in the wider investments marketplace and the ability to add value to the team from day one. A proven track record of solving complex problems and initiating and managing change is essential and will be complemented by superior communication skills and a strong client focus.
The role will involve working closely with other areas of the business, to include investment administration, product management, portfolio management and quant, providing advice, analysis and guidance on performance related issues and queries. Responsibilities will include performance reporting and analysis, acting as key point of contact for fixed income investor performance queries and working with IT with regard to the development and testing of system upgrades.
This is a varied and high profile role within one of the world’s most prestigious investment houses. As such applicants must demonstrate a professional approach and the ability to build and retain credibility amongst a demanding and extremely well informed group of internal stakeholders.
