Description

The incumbent will provide professional support to client and investment managers through timely and accurate delivery of rates of returns. She/he is responsible for the completion of any client-specific reports, resolution of any issues that arise during the normal quality assurance checks and provide communication of this information to all interested parties. Will be responsible for completing any special projects that the client may request and being a subject matter expert for various system functionality and processes. She/he will be responsible to help define system enhancements and perform the required user acceptance testing. Will manage sensitive and complex relationships while frequently interacting with senior client management, investment managers and consultants. She/he will also perform the duties of the Performance Analyst I as required.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance is preferred and 3 to 5 years of comparable work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A general knowledge of performance measurement, trust accounting theory and practices is preferred. She/he must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and on-line systems. She/he should possess strong analytical, technical and communication skills, be able to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
