Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as JAVA, XTML, AJAX, EXTJS, etc. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. May design database schemas to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating plans and technical plans for technical development, and analyzes system capabilities to satisfy capabilities, performance, or interface requirements. May build add-on modules using application program language. As technical lead, interfaces with customer and team to direct and implment solutions as designed.
