Sr. Prod Marketing Mgr - Mobile Marketing Ecosystem Development

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will have responsibility forMobile Marketing programs and solutions for key channels including Advertising Agencies, Publishers, Integrators, Resellers, Packaging and Merchandising companies, and other potential new channels for ATT?s award-winning portfolio of Mobile Marketing solutions. These solutions include ATT Mobile Barcode Services, ATT Messaging Toolkit, ATT Global Messaging Suite, Location Information Services, Digital Signage, and more. This critical role on our Product Marketing team involves creating programs, partnerships, and solutions tailored for channel partners that influence and guide the purchasing decisions. For some solutions, promoting Software Development Kits (SDKs) to developers will also be important. In this role you will define the overall customer experience, pricing, positioning, sales and support models, and the product roadmap based on channel partner needs, competitive landscape as well as market and technology trends. You will lead cross-functional teams including Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Development, Channel Management, Consulting and Sales, Legal, Training, and Marketing Communications specialists to launch new products and services. You will grow the business by creating the internal and external go-to-market strategy including value proposition, target market, channel readiness, new channel development, sales programs, marketing programs. This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management, and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, leadership and motivational skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to partner effectively are key for this role. SYNOPSIS: · Identify key channels for ATT?s Mobile Marketing Solutions. Conduct primary and secondary research in designated channels. · Develop products and programs for each key channel that positions our solutions for that particular segment. Key elements in customizing these solutions include: product features, marketing and sales programs, contracts and pricing. This position will be responsible for generating the vision and strategy for these programs, as well as leading tactical implementation. · Evaluate and enhance the product attributes and develop new or enhanced product feature functionality to achieve business goals. · Promote the program(s) to Mobility Application Consultants, Industry Specialists and direct B2B sellers within ATT, as well as to the broader market through Marketing programs. Drive and deliver demand generation activities that lead to a sales pipeline of industry opportunities for Mobile Marketing Solutions. · Measure results of these programs and channels to determine impact to business cases and ROI for product roadmap. · Have a strong understanding of key verticals, such as Consumer Goods, Banking, and Retail, who market to consumers and utilize ad agencies extensively. · Work closely with other Product Managers, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Event Management, Partners, and Industry Solutions leadership, in a matrixed environment, on the strategic roadmap for services and marketing programs. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor?s degree required (MS/MBA helpful) · Experience building alliance programs for channel partners and developers · Solid understanding of ecosystem of consumer marketing channels, including manufacturers, retailers, and their respective partners in agencies and packaging vendors. In some cases, knowledge of the mobile app developer community is helpful. · Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment · Five or more years experience in marketing to enterprise customers and working with, and training, a direct sales force to execute the marketing plan. · Ability to research, prioritize and clearly articulate market and customer requirements. · Demonstrated orientation towards measuring results and assuming accountability for the market impact of product actions. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills. · Self-motivated; ability to take ownership for assigned projects; ability to work independently and with a team.
