We have an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager role is a critical one in the organization and requires:
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience as a project manager in consulting firms, financial services companies and/or comparable organization.
- Ability to lead the firm’s Project Management Office (PMO).
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to direct large and small teams and bring together individuals at all levels to complete projects on time/budget.
- Experience scoping, leading and completing large and complex compliance and/or business strategy projects in financial services organizations.
- Strong facilitation skills and an ability to coach, motivate and supervise team members and influence them to take positive action and accept accountability.
- Ability to develop and enhance best practice project management tools and train other personnel on their usage.
- Understanding of what is required to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, internally on a project and externally to the client and the organization.
- Ability to travel and work with a number of clients concurrently.
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field required. Advance degree preferred.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PgMP preferred.
