About us:

China Securities Co., Ltd (hereinafter called the “CSC”) is a nationwide leading securities company in China, headquartered in Beijing. CSC provides a broad range of financial services, which is as follows: securities brokerage; QFII Service; securities underwriting and sponsoring; financial advisory relating to securities trading and investment; securities investment advisory; proprietary trading; asset management; acting sales of securities investment fund; margin trading business; providing introducing broker (hereinafter called “IB”) services for futures companies; and other types of business approved by CSRC. Moreover, CSC also carries on International business, futures brokerage and direct investment through its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new foreign institutional clients, to meet the market share and revenue target of designated market;

• Maintain current international sales network and enhance client's satisfaction and loyalty; focus on the sales service of key clients;

• Collect and evaluate client requirements as well as conduct analysis of client profile and characteristics;

• Make contribution on commission revenue and obtain other business opportunities;

• Provide solid support and service of overseas market for domestic institutional sales;

• Implement and manage the client information files, and ensure the truthfulness, completeness and effectiveness of client profile.

• To give instruction/coach to junior staff.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor or higher degree from international or domestic prestigious universities, preference for academic background in investment, finance and economics ;  

• Over 3-year relevant work experience, preference for overseas work experience;

• A Chinese national who is international in their approach, exposure and style. Fluent English and Chinese are essential;  

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills;

• Responsive and initiative and able to work under pressure.
