Senior Consultant/ Team Leader/ Business Manager

You will be responsible for one current team member and targeted growth. You will run your own desk and lead from the front in billing and work ethic. Previous experience will give you the basis to flourish in a market that relies heavily on networking and key relationships.

Existing client relationships guarantee a base level of performance with huge opportunities to expand into other Hays Accounts (AF, CP, Life Sciences, IT etc.). You will contribute to the overall performance of the multi-divisional branch, developing your leadership and management skills.

In demonstrating the Hays values you will generate exceptional fees and commission, motivate and lead a team, build positive working relationships with other Sectors / Specialism’s and contribute to the overall success of the Canadian HQ.
