Sr. Regional Associate recruitment
Someone successful in this role will:
• Develop new assets and maintain positive relationships with financial advisors and clients.
• Profile financial advisors and match up an appropriate investment product based on established needs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support new products and client retention strategies.
• Educate financial advisors to educate our clients about the firm’s investment philosophy, rationale, products and services.
• Enthusiastically contact advisors to maintain relationships, create meeting/seminar opportunities and offer service.
Desired Skills Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales or client services experience in the investment industry, or High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of sales or client services experience in the investment industry.
• Series 6, 63 and 65 required
• Solid knowledge of stocks, stock markets, managed money and the financial services industry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong and effective customer service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.
