A top commercial bank is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Recovery Team to ensure that risks are properly identified and assessed, problem accounts are managed and that strategies are formulated and implemented to minimize risks, prevent losses, maximize recoveries and restore profits through direct recovery actions and legal processes.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage non-performing loans of small to mid-cap companies; recommending strategy whether to continue extending facilities or any other available recovery actions in order to minimize the loss to the bank; negotiate on repayment/restructuring plan and documentation; and work closely with legal and other professionals to enforce security or undertake legal actions for recovery.
With a minimum 8 years credit risk/analysis/recovery/remedial management experience in the banking industry, with sound knowledge of risks involved in lending; particularly corporate lending, you will have solid negotiation and communication skills with fluent English and Cantonese.
