Sr Segment Marketing Manager

The position will drives customer acquisition from marketing strategy development through value proposition creation and marketing program execution-leading the ideation, development, and implementation of these major marketing initiatives. There will also be a special focus on working on strategic marketing programs with key strategic retail partners like Target and Wal-Mart. The role requires strong cross functional partnership with sales leadership to align on value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements, with integrated marketing and agencies on creation of world-class advertising and collateral, with marketing planning and analysis on potential promotion/pricing strategies, business tracking and analysis, with Consumer Insights on consumer understanding, and with the new products team on product roadmap. The key metrics for the position are customer acquisition and retention. Secondary metrics are profitability, brand consideration, awareness, advocacy, and performance against key brand character metrics. This role favors the candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating and managing multiple overlapping projects, collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional partners, and working as a key member of the Marketing team.
