Sr VP – Direct Investments recruitment
They are looking at a senior candidate with an MBA from a reputed institution and /or a CFA equivalent. The candidate should ideally have 10-15 yrs in any of the following:
- Private Equity fund/leading Investment bank/MA Advisory/Corporate MA
Requirements:
Deal sourcing skills,deal structuring,negotiation,execution and closing skills in direct investment,experience in working on and closing Asian deals,ability to lead and supervise deal teams of 3-4 people, ability to oversee and manage portfolio cos,proficiency in Chinese and other Asian languages is a preferred
Job Description:
- Part of Direct Investments Group based in SG ,and will report to Head for Direct Investments
- Will be involved in sourcing,evaluating and executing investments
- High levels of commercial experience and investment judgement needed
- Good levels of deal execution experience for deal structuring,pricing, due diligence and legal closing
- Ability to concurrently manage 2-3 live projects
- Attend board meetings/interact with management
- Assist in devpt of VPs/AVPs/Associates in the team
