Looking for an organized individual with a positive disposition to support the Institutional area with top-notch clients.  Will directly support Client Service Officers, Senior Relationship Managers, including the Team Leader.  Candidate should have effective interpersonal communication skills due to frequent client interaction.  In addition, the candidate should be capable of handling and directing client inquiries in an informed and timely manner.  He/she should be inquisitive and able to work well with various departments.  He/she should have an interest in investments and the financial industry.  The San Francisco role also incorporates reception and office management responsibilities, including IT support during the work day and off-hours for the San Francisco office.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Daily requirements of the ideal candidate are as follows:

Answer phones professionally and courteously and provide detailed and accurate messages to supervisors.  Respond to clients', prospects' and referral sources' requests for information in a timely and accurate manner.  Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, calendar updates, conferences, and travel.  Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them.  Maintain all forms of correspondence as appropriate. Coordinate and track all business meetings including internal and external calls: prepare presentations, agendas, handouts and other necessary materials, and arrange for location and/or catering as required.  Work with designated corporate travel agent to coordinate all travel requests received, adhering to SSgA policies and procedures.  Process all expense reports and advances in accordance with SSgA policy and in a timely manner.  Update and maintain all database information used for departmental mailings for the team.   Work on other projects as directed to gain a working understanding of our strategies and investment groups.  Facilitate new business installation process with Client Service Officers and Senior Relationship Managers, including preparing and assembling presentations and other projects.
