Provide support to Regional Consultants in efforts to develop sales territories, maintain relationships with financial advisors and proactively identify additional opportunities for SSgA products and services.  Responsibilities include: Being the primary point of contact for fielding/responding to inbound calls coming into the Advisor Strategies Group's toll-free numbers; Proactively identifying potential client issues, managing expectations and addressing concerns; possessing and maintaining a thorough understanding of SSgA's portfolio management expertise, the Advisor Strategy Group's product line features and benefits; Supporting the presentation and collateral needs of assigned Regional Consultants; Supporting Regional Consultants in organizing seminars and client appreciation events; Executing calling programs to identify advisors with interest in SSgA products and services; Sourcing and maintaining internal customer relationship management ("CRM") system.

Professional with 2-4 years sales/client service experience in the financial services industry, preferably inclusive of separate accounts, mutual funds and exchange traded funds.  Candidates will need or be required to acquire NASD Licenses (7 and 63) immediately upon hire
