SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the Corporate Controller
- Responsible for but not be limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Allocating Cash and General Ledger accounts
- A/R: check deposits, allocating cash/credit card payments
- A/P: weekly check runs to keep our vendor accounts current
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and other monthly close duties
- Assist in financial audits as needed
EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 or more years of related experience working as a Staff Accountant
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and multitask while achieving deadlines in a demanding environment as part of a small dynamic team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Business or Finance
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Interact with COO, CEO, CFO and all office personnel
