Staff Nurse I Facility: Saint Joseph Hospital, Chicago, IL Department: Nursing Schedule: Full-time Shift: Rotation Hours: 7am to 7pm Job Details: Saint JosephHospitalhas an exciting new program forExperienced Nurseslooking for an opportunity to develop diverse clinical skills while working on a variety of units. TheRN Transitional Residency Programwill include an individualized orientation that will be based on the applicant's experience, education, and area of interest (Critical Care or Med-Surg). Your orientation will include classroom time as well as a customized preceptor clinical experience on the unit. Once the orientation has been completed, an RTR candidate will be given first priority in consideration for any open positions within the organization. Flexibility is essential for being apart of this program, so the ideal candidates we are looking for must be willing to work either 7a-7p or 7p-7a. As apart of the RTR program, RNs that have completed orientation are expected to be able to function on those units where successful training occurred. Candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and must have current Illinois RN License. BLS required. chemotherapy certified a plus!
