Staffing Coordinator
Growing Staffing firm located in Dallas, TX is looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to assist with our light industrial staffing business.
Ideal Candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an extensive background in staffing high volume, packaging, manufacturing /distribution operations. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Candidate must have flexibility and a passion for customer service and helping people. In short, we are looking for a leader with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude.
This position will require recruiting, conducting orientations, and interviewing potential candidates and other administrative functions. It also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with both associates and clients. This is a take charge position that also requires empathy and resourcefulness.
