This is a customer service role in the agency (Hiring immediately). The duties and qualifications of this position would be as followed:

• Prepare and submit forms, applications, agreements and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements are fulfilled
• Track and record policy changes and update information as appropriate
• Perform general office administration duties including, but not limited to, processing mail, organizing team member meetings, keeping all team members' licenses current and tracking team goals
