Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a financial services professional ready to take the next step in their career in this challenging, change management focused leadership position.
Reporting to the National Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Brisbane Corporate Dealing team to deliver business goals and financial targets for QLD. Another key focus in this role is the direct day to day supervision of the Brisbane Sales team and keep the local team aligned to organisational goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Development, motivation, coaching and management of the Team.
- Drive a culture of success within the team and communicate those successes accordingly.
- Develop strategies to ensure revenue growth and retention of customers leveraging both WUBS products and other departments.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service to WUBS customers.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years’ experience in managing strategic business relationships within the B2B space within Financial Services, Financial Markets Sales or dealing with exposure to FX preferable. Proven track record in leading, motivating and managing a team to deliver sales results with a focus on change management is a must as is the ability to analyse data to identify opportunity, create and execute a strategy as well as strong business acumen to leverage external business conditions and strong experience in “best in class” customer service and portfolio management disciplines.
