Currently we are looking to recruit the newly created role of State Manager Western Australia within the ANZ Wealth Distribution business.
This is a leadership role within Wealth Sales which will be responsible for leading the State based ANZ Wealth -OnePath distribution sales force in Western Australia. The overall goal is to promote and increase sales of ANZ Wealth life risk, platform and investment products through the aligned and open market financial planner market. The incumbent must be prepared to deliver significant impact in sales leadership to grow the state based business through a period of significant industry and business transformation. As a member of the Leadership Team the State Manager will also contribute to the development and implementation of the business
A successful candidate for the role should have at least ten (10) years experience in financial services, preferably with broad knowledge of multiple disciplines including: distribution, marketing and strategy. Knowledge of Wealth Management products across Superannuation, Investments and Life Risk Insurance for at least eight (8) years would be a needed for the role. This industry knowledge and experience will be backed up by exceptional leadership capabilities and experience within a sales environment. The position also requires that a candidate is RG146 compliant.
