STATIC DATA ANALYST recruitment
As part of the Data Management Team this analyst role will be responsible for the fast track Data Management requirements to ensure all data is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Data Management Operations provides operational support to all of the Front Office business units.
This role will be part of a bespoke team covering Shift patterns to ensure the 24 Hour Trading model is supported and will work closely alongside the FX and Money Market Operational support teams. Shift available are (2-11pm GMT and 11pm – 8am GMT)
The Data Management area works in partnership with the relevant business units to manage business processes for both business initiatives and specific transactions. The team liaises with all internal and external stakeholders through establishing the appropriate infrastructure to ensure straight through processing.
The candidate will be working within the Data Management area covering Client Data, SSI’s and Reference and Bond Static Team. The role requires a candidate with extensive experience and knowledge of Data Management and client opening and maintenance. In addition, it would be beneficial if the candidate has knowledge of the products supported: Derivatives, FX, Money Market and Fixed Income Business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure Client Trading records and opened and updated in line with Department SLA’s
- Ensure Clients Settlement Instructions are initiated and verified to ensure timely settlement of transactions.
- Ensure the Reference and Bond data is updated timely and accurately on essential Trading support systems to ensure Client Trading can be seamless.
- Implementation of new procedures as required.
- Ad-hoc Project requirements.
- Provide efficient service when supporting the processing of reference and bond static data for the WBM business.
- Ability to communicate with areas in WBM and the Group as a whole.

- Technical Experience Required:
- Summit
- Microsoft package skills
- Technical Experience would be an advantage:
- Bloomberg, Reuters, Alert , P M Hub, Euroclear, ACBS, Atlas, TASS, Martini, Summit, Atlas and Assassin.
- Understanding of Operational Risk in the context of Data Management.
- Extensive working experience in a Static Data environment.
- Full knowledge of Static Data requirements covering Client, SSI, Reference and Bond static data.
