Statistical Analyst recruitment
My client is looking for a statistical analyst CRM in the service of decision support, you will be responsible for designing, producing and maintaining the tools of decision support in commercial CRM, marketing selections, statistical studies, scoring, and segmentation.
Given your role, you will have to coordinate projects related to various entities: marketing, operational risk, IT
Main Tasks :
- Selection of customer profiles and / or prospects for external communication
- Programming Systems Decision Support
- Test and analysis of customer behavior
- Creating and maintaining systems of scoring and segmentation
- Handling of computer files and realization of operational statistics
- Master data and type of customer and product portfolio
- Optimization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Your profile:
- University degree in technical guidance, scientific, statistical or mathematical (engineer)
- Analytical skills
- 1-2 years experience in the field of statistics
- Experience in CRM is a major asset
- Good knowledge of statistical tools and SAS, Oracle and Business Objects
- Excellent command of MS Office tools
- Dynamic, teamwork
- Flexible and stress resistant
- Interest in credit
