The Senior Product Manager will create the next generation of search products for Monster. You should be passionate about developing a great user experience, and be able to leverage your knowledge of recruitment space to develop world-class product lines that drive Monster’s vision. You should be a driven and pragmatic innovator who understands how to craft a vision, get people excited by ideas, and rapidly execute from concepts from the spec to the screen.
This person will:
- Define/execute product priorities and product roadmap and expand Monster’s market leadership.
- Drive and execute against the existing product roadmap process and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with development, sales, service and marketing in defining product strategies and objectives that maintain leadership and continue to extend the customer value of existing core product lines.
