Stock Lending/ Corporate Actions
Investment Bank in London is looking to hire an experienced candidate to join their Stock Processing team.
This will be a varied role and will encompass the following duties;
The accurate and timely processing of all events assigned, including
Reconcile file using SLS, Secore and NCS
Ensure lending screen is used and fully updated
Send confirms and recall in a timely manner
Chase client on all instructions
Incoming instruction processing
Preparation of instructions to the borrower
Preparation of Client Sales
Payment Processing
Settlement
Reconciliation
Adhere to all Departmental Procedures and Controls.
Escalate processing errors and potential risks to line supervisor and manager upon discovery.
Ensure the timely resolution of all stock and cash exceptions, availability and Pirum to be completed daily.
Where relevant provide detail of exceptions and resolution date to Team Leader
Ensure accurate MIS recorded on a daily basis.
Monitor and action all daily diary messages
Ensure all event file and processes checklists are completed on time.
Candidates will need prior experience working within Stock Loan and ideally have some knowledge of Corporate Actions
