Supervisor
Reporting to the Store Manager you will support them in achieving sales, salaries stock loss targets for your store by ensuring that standards are always at their very best. With responsibility for daily deliveries the replenishment of stock you will work closely with your team. This is very much a 'hands on' role with a strong emphasis on stock standards.
Experience of supervising is an advantage but is not essential. You will need a strong personality as the main focus of your role will be to drive the performance of the team.
