STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING (INTERNATIONAL BANK)
The Challenge
An exciting opportunity has become available for a focused candidate with a strong background in strategy and commercial decision making to join a leading financial institution based in Dublin. The position will involve building and developing a new and existing business throughout Ireland.
Specific duties will include:
- Analysis of financial and management information
- Development of business and product plans
- Preparation of financial and business performance reports
- Implementation of an strong operating model
- Strategic and tactical planning
- Competitor and peer analysis
- Development and management of relationships with key stakeholders
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with;
- 5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of analysis business performance and presenting findings to senior management
- Self motivated
- Results focused with an ability to meet targets
