Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial services and products, with minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry in Marketing and Communication, project management and product communication role.
- Solid knowledge of finance products, CFA qualifications an advantage.
- Candidate MUST have high level of proficiency in written English, fluency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must have high levels of creativity balanced by strong attention to detail.
- Candidate must have ability to multi-task.
- Candidate must have a university degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance.
Job Description
- Branding: Create aligned marketing messages while coordinating with all business lines in the Equity and Commodity trading business in the region. Build external and internal communication tools to develop a consistent branding among key clients and stake holders.
- Strategic Planning: Approach marketing initiatives with holistic view, tying in product launches or business initiatives with regional events, media, awards, event planning, cross selling, etc.
- Media and Awards: Responsible for strategic planning of awards and media exposure(i.e. interviews, media conferences) and coordinating with businesses and the bank's media teams to gain a strong exposure for its people, products and services.
- Copywriting: Writing contents for products brochures, award pitches, speeches and press interviews.
- Internal Communication: Generate ideas to boost internal communication both regionally and globally and pro-actively plan, execute and evaluate the initiatives.
- Product Communication: Be involved in the key product campaigns and work closely with sales, structuring and trading teams to create product communication tools identifying key selling points and reflecting clients’ needs.
- Connecting: Regular communication with business partners (e.g. Corporate communications and other marketing teams) and other offices (e.g. Paris, London, New York and Japan) to be updated on marketing initiatives in the group and leverage on them.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure all the client-facing marketing materials are compliant with group graphic and compliance guidelines.

Requirements
- Candidate must have solid Chinese language skills with passion about Marketing, Branding and Communication
- Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in marketing, project management and product communication.
- Good understanding of financial services and products
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects and tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to think out of the box, breakdown barriers, lead and coordinate cross-functional activities independently
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin, verbal and written) and English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
- University degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance.
