Strategic Programme Manager – Credit Risk recruitment

Specifically this role is to work on a number of workstreams relating to improvements being made to their risk systems. The project aims to create an infrastructure that will better handle increase regulatory pressures as well as enhance the ability/effectiveness of the BAU risk functions.

As Programme Manager you will be responsible for this £200 Million Scheme, and as such your job will be to:

- Understand the progress of the programme, against all financial aspects including lifecycle funding, cost drivers benefits realisation.
- Management and ownership of the programme business case.
- Delivery of specific reporting outputs to communicate overall programme progress/performance.
- Oversight and manage all programme and project financial plans, budgets forecasts.
- Management of stakeholders

Candidates will have a strong background in Programme Management, ideally from a Risk (Credit) background. You will have experience in managing the finances and influencing senior stakeholders with regards to working on large programmes. With this role having a team of 6 behind it you will also need to be able to manage staff to ensure targets on the programme are met.
