Strategic Project Manager – Retail Banking recruitment
My Client is a leading Bank a who are looking to recruit an experienced Retail banking project manager for their Strategic Implementation and Transformation team.
The Strategic Implementation Transformation Team within a Retail Bank are responsible for ongoing development and implementation of the Strategy for the Retail Bank with the Senior Management Team.
The Strategy Management role is a critical role within the team in setting and delivering the strategic agenda and the role will involve significant cross-function engagement across the Retail Bank.
The Person
You will be a successful business professional with 8+ years relevant experience. Typically you will have had management consultancy or business strategy experience.
Your key competencies will include:

- Planning Priority Setting
- Business Analysis
The successful candidates will have:
- Experience of strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of retail banking markets and customer needs
- Experience of developing, implementing and sustaining a balanced scorecard
- Strong collaborative approach in building an internal and external network
- Proven communication and influencing skills (verbal and written)
- Be numerate and ideally with a third level or higher degree with a significant financial and/ or analytical component
- Proven ability to interact with Senior Executives
