Strategic Resourcing Role – Financial Services recruitment

Our client is a global HR consultancy with a highly stable and profitable business; they are the leading company of their type in APAC. The opportunity has arisen to join them in a Recruitment Manager role with one of their most high profile clients in the financial services sector.

Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, you will lead the recruitment team and ensure the highest level of client service. This is not a transactional recruitment role, instead your focus will be working closely with you internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver the strategic recruitment plan and managing your team. Brand building, attraction and retention will all fall under your responsibilities. Acting as the key point of contact for the senior business, you will advise and consult on sourcing or strategy questions and issues as they arise as well as monitoring and reporting on all KPIs.

The right candidate must have at least 6 years experience in a recruitment role and proven people management experience is vital. Exposure to previous high volume recruitment gained within financial services will be highly advantageous. Above all, you must have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a passionate and innovative approach to your work. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
