Strategic Transformation Director recruitment
A market leading banking institution seeks to attract an exceptional individual to take on the post of Strategic Transformation Director for a newly created division. Functioning as a key position within the Strategy and Planning leadership team, the role will principally be responsible for the design and coordination of strategic transformation programs across the bank. The role will be responsible for the direction and facilitation of business wide strategy, manage workstreams, streamline costs and proactively identify value creating inorganic growth opportunities. The successful individual will have a background in Strategy/Transformation, with previous experience within a top tier management consultancy firm (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) being essential. Applicants should also have subsequent experience in a similar strategy role within a FTSE 100 Bank. An understanding of economics (macro/micro), market trends and key frameworks for business analysis are also essential, as is a proven intellectual agility and the ability to rapidly assimilate different strategic and operational scenarios.
