Having created “The Game Plan” - a five year strategy to ensure the growth and success of the game - they have created two key executive positions. These positions will ensure the successful delivery of the Plan and the creation of an enduring legacy which all associated with the game can be proud of.

Strategy and Investment Manager

Working closely with the CEO and Head of Strategy and Investment, you will help develop and guide the strategic investment plan. Taking responsibility for assessing new strategic initiatives and monitoring the delivery of funded projects against return expectations will be a core element of the role. You will be actively involved in strategy development and idea generation whilst holding a roaming mandate to drive strategic alignment and gains across the game. Candidates will possess strong strategy development and implementation skills and sound commercial judgement backed by a depth of experience potentially gained from strategy consulting, corporate advisory, private equity/investment or corporate development. Importantly you should possess boundless energy and enthusiasm combined with a collegiate approach.

Strategy and Investment Analyst

Reporting to the Strategy and Investment Manager and Head of Strategy and Investment, this role supports the assessment and execution of investment opportunities, ongoing monitoring of strategic initiatives, and the provision of business improvement as well as other ad hoc projects.

You will possess strong strategic and commercial analytical capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic and unpredictable environment. This role ideally suits someone with roughly 4-6 years experience from management consulting, investment banking or corporate development who possesses excellent time management skills, an eye for detail and first class communication skills.
