Strategy Consultant (Insurance Broking Project) recruitment
Our client a market leader in the property insurance space are seeking an experienced strategy consultant to work in partnership with their CEO. The consultant will play a pivotal role in formulating and articulating the Groups strategy and operating model.
We are seeking an individual that has a track record of providing commercial insight complemeted with the ability to understanding the insurance broking space and the regulatory enviroment.
This project is not a research exercise. It will provide the opportunity to work at the very highest levels of the organisation and impact multiple insurance brands.
The ideal candidate will have a;
Strong strategy consulting skill set
Experience of leading strategy and operational reviews
Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
Experience of formulating strategy in an FSA regulated environment
Knowledge of the insurance broking or residential lettings space is desirable.
The project requires an immediate start and is likely to last between 8 – 10 weeks.
