Strategy Manager, Insurance plc recruitment
Our client is a big name insurance company, who are now looking to add a Strategy Manager to their team. The position, working for the Director of Strategy, is a relatively senior position with the business and is part of a commercial group with significant interaction with the business.
The opportunity will work on the formulation of corporate strategies for the UK business, and you can expect to have extensive interaction with all aspects of the Uk group operations. This will involve corporate strategy, non organic growth, competitor analysis, and providing strategic input to commercial decision making.
Candidates are likely to come from the corporate strategy teams of other financial services firms, or management consulting businesses. Although there is some flexibility on level, the successful candidate is likely to offer between 5 - 10 years experience, and have at least some insurance client or industry exposure.
