Strategy Manager recruitment
The strategy team works with bank’s leadership teams to develop the overall strategic direction for the business, ensuring a clear path to achieve their objective to be Australia’s leading bank. The team helps drive the identification, development and implementation of business strategies, growth opportunities and solutions to business problems that contribute to achievement of strategic objectives. You will have excellent exposure to the board and exco. An excellent communicator, you demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving and strong business presentation writing skills. Management consulting experience and financial services experience are essential and completion of a relevant tertiary qualification such as an MBA would be beneficial. This team does not get involved in cost-initiatives. they are revenue, new business-development and new market focussed.
