Strategy Manager recruitment
The role holder will work as part of the Strategy team, contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation. The projects the role holder will be working on will be high profile, senior management sponsored and delivery focused: examples of recent work include business area strategic review; growth strategy including proposition development, strategic support to evaluate inorganic opportunities.
The in-house strategy team is very much seen as an "intake" function and the expectation is that people will spend around 2 years working in this team before being pushed out into the wider business departments.
The role will involve all aspects of Project support, Analysis and Presentation, Relationship Management, Knowledge Management and Stakeholder Management and as such we are looking for people with a full and complete expsoure to strategy.
You will be working currently for a Top Tier Consulting firm such as McKinsey or Bain and have excpetional academics ideally to include MSc/MBA but degress will need to come from a Red Brick Uni with minimum 2:1 grades. It is essential that you currently work within the Financial Services Practice.
