This role will be the central expert for the resourcing specialism, defining resourcing strategy, engaging senior managers, leading innovative national resourcing initiatives, coaching other members of the HR to embed approaches. You will ensure that the organization is able to identify and attract key people with the capability to create competitive advantage.
The successful candidate will be capable of thinking creatively and proactively around Human Resources issues and opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Management of recruitment team to develop and maintain relationships with the business units
- Implement the recruitment marketing strategy and achieve the recruitment target
- Liaise with different universities and travel to recruit overseas graduates
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in high volume recruitment projects gained from sizable company or financial institution
- Excellent level of English and Mandarin as well as Cantonese
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised, excellent time management and leadership skills
