Deutsche Bank's front office, Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses - Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking. The Structuring business within CIB combines world class structuring capabilities across all asset classes, delivering fully tailored multi-asset structured products and services to our clients

CIB is looking for highly qualified candidates with a strong quantitative background for its established Birmingham office. We have several Structuring desks which are looking to attract high calibre hires for their respective businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing: You will be responsible for the preparation of generic and tailored marketing materials (presentations, emails, product guide sheets), scenario analysis, back-testing. You will proactively work with Sales teams in pitches for clients and negotiating trade terms.
Pricing: You will be responsible for indicative pricing of trades using Deutsche Bank proprietary pricing tools.
Documentation: You will be responsible for preparing term sheets. You will also review commercial terms based on loan, International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) or Global Markets Risk Architecture (GMRA) document frameworks (with support from the Legal department).
Analysis: You will be responsible for market analysis and trade idea generation / product development.
Process: You will be responsible for managing the internal approval process with divisions like Credit, Legal, Accounting and Tax.

You will have:
A strong finance/ engineering/ quantitative/ mathematics background through relevant undergraduate studies.
A Master of Business and Administration / Master of Science in finance related subjects (or the relevant international equivalent).
A good understanding of derivative products.
Good programming skills.
Relevant Markets experience in Structuring functions.
