Role Summary/Purpose Working closely with the Europe Regional LCS leaders and other European LCS Care Area General Managers (i.e Acute Care, Cardiac Care etc.), he/she will be in charge of defining implementing the marketing GTM strategy for the Sub-Acute Care PL and drive share gains and profitable growth in the European market. In this role, the canidate will have reporting relationships to Didier Deltort, VP and General Manager LCS Europe.
Essential Responsibilities European Sub-Acute Monitoring, Anesthesia, Respiratory, Cardiology products and supplies and accessories will have to be put together to serve the needs of our Sub-Acute Care customers (i.e General Wards, Specialty procedures, General Practicioners etc.).

In this role, he/she will have reporting relationships to Didier Deltort, VP and General Manager LCS Europe.

He/she will work closely with the LCS EAGM GM on the formation and build-out of the Sub-Acute Care business.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Defines the Marketing Sales strategy for Sub-Acute Care in Europe
Manages overall Orders, share, margin, base costs objectives in a manner that fulfills business goals, lists and maintain focus on high impact for Europe
Demonstrates the ability to generate business opportunities that leverage LCS GEHC in the market place
Drives and implements business initiatives to trigger growth
Build and Manages an experienced team of GE direct indirect resources
Mobilizes and motivates team towards fulfilling LCS strategic business goals
Recruits, coaches and develops talents in his/her team
Effectively utilizes key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market place
Builds long term relationship with customers, provides leadership and direction in crucial customers interface. Strengthens LCS external image
In conjunction with teams, builds a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction.

En étroite collaboration avec les responsables LCS de la région Europe et d’autres directeurs généraux européens LCS (Acute Care, Cardiac Care, etc.), le/la titulaire du poste sera chargé(e) de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing et de mise sur le marché pour la modalité Sub-Acute Care, ainsi que d’alimenter sa croissance et de développer sa présence sur le marché européen. Une fusion à l’échelle européenne des produits, accessoires et fournitures utilisés dans le domaine du monitorage subaigu, de l’anesthésie, de l’aide respiratoire et de la cardiologie est nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients Sub-Acute Care (services généraux, procédures spécialisées, médecins généralistes, etc.).

Le/La titulaire du poste sera directement rattaché(e) à Didier Deltort, Vice-président et Directeur général LCS Europe.

Il/Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le/la DG LCS pour la région EAGM à la mise en place et au développement de la modalité Sub-Acute Care.

Principales responsabilités (sans s'y limiter) :

Définir la stratégie marketing et commerciale pour Sub-Acute Care en Europe.
Gérer les objectifs globaux en matière de commandes, de marge et de coûts de base de manière à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux ; définir les priorités en recherchant toujours à avoir un fort impact en Europe.
Faire preuve de sa capacité à générer des opportunités commerciales qui renforcent la position de LCS et de GEHC sur le marché.
Encourager et mettre en œuvre des initiatives commerciales pour générer de la croissance.
Former et encadrer une équipe expérimentée de ressources GE directes et indirectes.
Mobiliser et motiver son équipe afin de réaliser les objectifs commerciaux stratégiques de LCS.
Recruter, encadrer et développer les talents au sein de son équipe.
Utiliser avec efficacité les informations clés relatives au secteur et ses connaissances du marché afin d’acquérir un avantage concurrentiel sur le marché.
Instaurer des relations durables avec les clients ; encadrer et guider les relations clients d’une importance cruciale. Renforcer l'image extérieure de LCS.
Créer, en collaboration avec d’autres équipes, un environnement de travail qui valorise l'esprit d'équipe pour la plus grande satisfaction des clients.

Role Summary/Purpose

5+ years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience in the Sub-Acute Care space
2+ years of successful sales management and general management experience
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare industry
Minimum of 5 years in European healthcare markets
Experience expertise in managing indirect channels
Willingness and ability to travel
Strong management skills and capability to develop talents
Fluent in English
Strongly compliance driven

Preferred Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of the GEHC industry
Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge
Technical competency in using financial reporting tools
Ability to influence and collaborate with management teams
Ability to engage with and deliver GE value proposition to senior level contacts within account and/or prospect organizations
Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts
Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools -- produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers -- establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view learn and apply new initiatives to account plans and strategy.
5+ years of GEHC experience preferred
Familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and structures desirable
Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes
Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor
Speaks a second European language
