Subcontractor payments clerk

An excellent job opportunity for a subcontractor clerk to join a leading organisation based in Dartford.

Job objectives:

- To do all that is necessary to ensure our Sub Contractors are paid on time.
- Process weekly Sub-Contractors Timesheets and Invoices
- Run Weekly Sub-Contractors Payments Produce BACS File
- Submit monthly CIS return to HMRC
- System (Summit 3000) Sub-Contractors Ledger Management

Key skills

-Good Excel skills including, V-Look up
-Good Numerical skills – O’Level Standard
-Good Written Oral communications – O’Level Standard
-Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
-Ability to work in a team or independently
-Construction Industry background – preferred
