Sugar trading coordinator
Responsibility:
* Lead Trade Administrative Support to the Sugar product line ensuring a smooth, timely flow of relevant accurate information to the trading, execution and finance teams .
* Responsible for providing important analytical review of the daily Position (Physicals and Futures) and PL Reporting.
* Key interface between trading, execution and finance teams, team player and co-ordination required
* Lead and co-ordinate processes and structural work flows with colleagues
* Key co-ordinator to each department: Traders, Accounts, Risk, Execution and Contract Admin
* Arrange and participate in weekly meetings to ensure co-ordination for the various departments (both regionally and globally)
Requirements:
* At least 3-4 years experience in Sugar. Developed a good understanding of the Sugar Industry and commercial contracts.
* Accurate, attention to detail, and possess the ability to address any issues immediately
* Strong communication skills required.
