Superstar Sales Pro Needed-Software & Services with 400% growth! Job in Austin, Texas US

Do you have the stuff of greatness and can you prove you are a top sales pro?  My client is the very best at what they do.  Only someone with impeccable proof of top performance will be interviewed.  This is a full time position as an employee.

This company is expanding and needs an experienced Business Development/Account Manager to focus on selling to medium and small businesses, and developing plans to target and penetrate key accounts that will continue to accelerate growth.  The company sells proprietary a SaaS (Software as a Service) system to establish and operate precious metal purchasing for their retail partners.  My client also operates as the broker to gold refineries on behalf of these retail partners, so they have an ongoing revenue stream from these relationships, and that means the salespeople  have an ongoing commission stream too.

The customer base is across the US.  You'll be working out of the office in Austin, TX and you must be able to travel to support large opportunities when necessary. 

The company was founded in 2009 and has added 2900 retail partners in the last 6 months.  If you are a qualified sales pro with demonstrable success building a solid foundation of new clients, you will want to know more.  You must be a real closer, and you must have sold B2B for at least 5 years and performed the required duties of this position with previous employers.

This position requires a track record of selling to businesses at the C-level.  Knowledge of the industry will be helpful. The position is located in the Austin, TX area and requires your full time presence there.  Compensation is at least $100K+ total in salary and bonus when goals are met, and the goals-based bonus compensation program can easily generate $250K+ in year 2 and beyond when metrics are met.  There is a base salary of $40K in the first year plus a great commission plan for new deals, and continued residual commissions in years 2+.  Also there is a generous benefits package includes 66% company paid health insurance for you, dental and vision coverage and 2 weeks of paid vacation.
