Supervision & Advice Quality Manager / Private Banking recruitment
Our client, a Global Financial Institution is looking for a Supervision Advice Quality Manager to provide oversight and supervision of the advice given to clients by Relationship Managers and Investment Managers.
Duties Include:
• Responsible for assessing and checking the quality of advice by relationship managers and product specialists.
• Providing technical support guidance to relationship managers on matters within the scope of the role
• Challenging and influencing the design and requirements of internal TC schemes in relation to commercial demands and regulatory developments.
• Improving performance through coaching and mentoring of relevant colleagues
• Establishing and maintaining commercial relationships with all key stakeholders to manage investment supervision effectively
• Adhere to and understand all technical changes and developments as they occur both internally and within the industry.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure it complies with relevant regulations, industry standards.
• Maintaining timely, complete and high quality records and action oriented management information.
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects when they arise
The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking, wealth management or asset management background and demonstrate a strong understanding of private client business. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
