Supervisor - Eagle Ops (Job Number: 1300937)
Description
The incumbent will provide support to accounts on Eagle STAR/PACE Platform. S/He will be responsible for a team monitoring and resolving data exceptions in multiple regions for multiple sources. S/He will utilize access database for research and problem solving also in multiple regions. S/He will also provide support of Corporate Action, Reference Data Management and Pricing duties, as well as testing of software enhancements, new vendor feeds and region updates as necessary. S/He will be responsible for hiring and training of new employees. Early hours may be necessary to meet client deadline. In addition, the supervisor must ensure all audit and compliance processes are followed. The Supervisor should be a primary contact for internal and external auditors. As well as train new team members, and work to streamline workflows and operational policies. The incumbent must also have strong communication skills to ensure client inquiries are responded to quickly and accurately.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred. S/He will have 5+ years experience with securities and trust accounting. S/He must be familiar with PC spreadsheets, on-line systems, and Access databases; should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently. S/He must also be able to work under pressure while adhering to strict guidelines/deadlines.
