Req # (optional) 89063BR Explore a Career In Administration Job Description Imagine yourself... * Performing human resource responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, salary adjustments, resolution of employee concerns, disciplinary counseling, terminations, and employee morale. * Supervising the clinical staff in all departments ensuring appropriate hours of operation to meet the needs of patients and providers. Overseeing staffing and scheduling of all clinical staff. * Implementing staff education plans and department-based inservice education sessions. Responsible for maintaining standards of staff competency regarding clinical performances, safety, OSHA, and all other regulatory bodies. * Serving as a clinical resource and mentor to staff. * Assisting in the development of, and implements, quality improvement efforts. Maintaining quality patient care through the review of complaints and suggestions. Identifying and studies recommendations for solutions to nursing service problems. * Supporting managers in preparation for, and orientation of, new providers. Working with new providers to assure adequate staffing and processes are in place. * Enforcing safety policies and procedures for staff and patients. * Leading and directing clinical staff meetings. * Directing formal orientation for new employees. * Assisting in the formulation of the annual budget and accountable for operating within the budget.
