Supervisor of Respiratory Care
Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking a
Supervisor of Respiratory Care for our Pharmacy Home
Medical department. Based at our newly designed Home
Medical Equipment store, you will supervise our staff of four
Respiratory Therapists and three Respiratory Therapy Assistants.
In addition, you will be responsible for inventory
management, financial analysis of equipment and the
ACHC accreditation process. Duties are approximately
80% supervisory and 20% clinical. With limited on-call and
weekend requirements and limited travel, this position offers
plenty of work-life balance.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Current Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license and BLS certification
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (preferred)
• 2 years of homecare experience (preferred)
