Supervisor Urgent Care ID# 47439 Entity Sharp Rees-Stealy City San Diego Department Urgent Care Category Nursing - Leadership Type Full Time Shift Days Location: This position is located in Downtown, San Diego Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday with occasional call every 8 weeks Qualifications: ADN, BSN preferred Current CA RN license required Minimal one (1) to two (2) years of Supervisor experience in ED/Urgent Care required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required TNCC preferred Excellent communication skills required Strong computer skills required Summary: Handle day to day operations of a very busy 11 bed Urgent Care Clinic that sees over 28,000 patients a year. Direct Leadership responsibility of approximately 30 employees. Manage integral operations such as hiring, coaching, counseling and corrective action. Oversight of budget, resource and FTE allocations. Work closely with a dynamic group of Leaders that constantly strive to deliver superior quality care. One of five ambulatory Urgent Care Clinics in San Diego County, caring for a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and geriatrics. With 400 primary and specialty care physicians providing care at 19 facilities throughout the region, Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is one of the largest, most comprehensive medical groups in San Diego County, and is recognized for excellence in patient satisfaction and clinical care.
