Supplier Management and Oversight Officer recruitment

Roles responsibilities 

• Principal responsibility for ensuring best practice framework for managing supplier relationships

• Active management of supplier SLA’s and KPI’s including frequent service delivery meetings

• Periodic management reporting, including operational MIS

• Owner of supplier agreements and oversight monitoring activities

• First line support for Investment and Operations teams for issues resulting from outsourced activities

• Responsibility for managing changes to service provision, handling new user requirements and translating them into delivery from the suppliers

Candidate Profile

• Investment Operations specialist with experience of multi-asset investments within a UK Investment Management environment

• Strong understanding of full investment process and how service suppliers interact and support the model

• Demonstrable experience of running best practice day to day and periodic oversight of internal and external service suppliers

• Ability to work as a trusted advisor to the business and to manage effective relationships with stakeholders and internal/external service suppliers

• Direct working knowledge of investment operations processes and the ability to work with the MO team on issues and support activities
