Trade Solutions Delivery (TSD) is responsible for the successful implementation of all trade products including Traditional Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Export Credit Agency and Risk Participation. It is also responsible for the Transactional Control aspects of credit related Trade products.Reporting to the Regional Head of Trade Solution Delivery, the principal objective of this position is establish and over oversee the day to day management of Supply Chain Finance facilities within the EMEA to ensure the seamless delivery as well as the on-going monitoring and control of trade business from Sales mandate to Operations.

Key ObjectivesEfficiently manage the day-to-day workflows associated with deal execution and risk mitigation in respect of Supply Chain Finance facilitiesWork in collaboration with the Trade Advisory team to help structure complex trade solutions such as Receivables Financing and Pre Export/Post Import facilities where transactional control requirements feature
Provide support and guidance to other team members and act as the focal point for other stakeholders including GCRM, TS Operational Risk, Sales, Product and Operations
Serve as a point of escalation for the wider team to ensure timely resolution of issues, including ensuring any identified changes in policy and procedures are communicated to appropriate support areas.Perform inspections/audits of completed implementations to ensure compliance with procedures.Regularly review and analyse team metrics to drive process improvement, reduce cycle time and increase client satisfaction.Attend regular meetings with Sales Management to share and receive feedback (metrics, Client surveys etc.), gain a clear idea of sales strategy and pipeline.Meet regularly with Product Management team to facilitate open communication about issues that impact the client experience and periodically review performance against agreed Product SLAs.Work with Sales and Product partners to establish the on-boarding process of new products and services and amend processes to incorporate mandated industry changes.
Principle ResponsibilitiesKey elements of the job are:Manage the work flow of deal implementations from Trade Advisory into the Operations environment to demonstrably shorten time to revenue
Working with clients in managing the implementations processes as well as ensuring open communications throughout resulting in top rated performance feedback
Actively seek to improve the process flows around Trade client on-boarding building true partnerships with counterparts in other lines of business and encouraging team members to continuously re-assess processes in their day to day workflowContinuous improvement of client facing documentation in partnership with Legal, Product and Global Contracts ManagementDevelopment of standard operating procedures to reflect the changing processes around client management within Trade Finance in light of business developmentSupporting the Sales, Advisory and Product teams with management information around volumes and revenuesWorking with Product, Technology, and Operations to develop and enhance the systems and procedures supporting the product processes. Feed back suggestions and intelligence from client conversations to maintain our knowledge of the market and identify business opportunities.Assist in the development of training materials for both clients and internal partners covering the on-boarding processes across all products, and maintaining their relevance

Qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate practical management skills to work with a diverse team of trade specialist in multiple locations across Europe. The incumbent should be able to work across multiple disciplines and locations and be able to multitask within the broader scope of the TSD team. Managing work flow to ensure timely execution of new deals is important as time to revenue is a key Performance indicator.Proven experience in the Trade Finance operations or middle office type functions is essential as is a deep practical knowledge of transactional control and monitoring procedures in either Supply Chain Finance or Pre Export/Post Import Financing.
A practical knowledge of traditional trade products and Export Credit Agency would be an advantage.As the business proposition grows so will the need to develop and executive diverse and variant operating models which remain risk compliant and so experience of instituting new operating models would be a feature.
