Head of MIS & Business Unit Controllership recruitment
The bank has been adding roles across all functions to support their front office, sales and revenue growth with the necessary finance support functions.
With the onset of this growth, they are looking to add several more roles to their Management Reporting space here. They are looking for strong all-rounders, someone predominantly with strong management reporting, FPA, MIS experience (that sort of thing) but also with some accounting skills (maybe a CPA or ACA qualification, or several years in audit, or a couple of years in A Financial Reporting role) with good commercial outlook and people who want to drive the business, be close to various stakeholders and make a huge impact. It is reporting into the Head of Management Accounting for SE Asia, with key stakeholders including Country and Regional Financial Controllers, the front office, operations and snr management in general.
Candidate Requirements:
- Management Reporting and Financial Accounting skills (audit or strong FA qualification like ACA, ACCA, CPA etc)
- Highly analytical able to get under the skin of the numbers and understand the data
- The want to drive the business and make a big impact, take on responsibility
- Strong Excel (VBA would be good too)
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with stakeholders the front office
- Commercial and strategic outlook
