Overview:
We are looking to add a highly qualified Support Analyst to our global Customer Support Center. Our team members provide troubleshooting for TT's full suite of products, coupled with providing first class customer service to our global customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage all customer service issues as First Point of Contact Support (level 2+).
- Act as an end-user advocate to ensure that service issues are resolved immediately.
- Keeping customer and/or end-user thoroughly informed of incident progress.
- Deliver real-time troubleshooting support via the telephone and online.
- Replicate customer software issue to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Research and create information for our Knowledge Base.
- Deliver first class service to our global customer base.
- Manage multiple issues simultaneously in a high pressured environment.
- Clearly define and accurately document all issues.
- Grow effective relationships with your team members globally.
- Learn to develop resource, product functionality, and technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer handling and excellent telephone skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- In-depth working knowledge of futures trading or trading experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated in depth understanding of X_TRADER, TT User Setup, X_RISK features and functionality (or like software products).
- Strong desktop support experience with an in-depth understanding of windows operating systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a high pressured environment.
- Proven ability of logfile diagnosis.
- Direct experience managing/authoring Algorithmic trade strategies.
- Strong initiative and strives to improve self and team.
- Strong teamwork orientation and interaction.
- Working knowledge of global Futures Exchange architecture.
- Familiarity with FIX Protocol 4 or higher.
- Network experience is a plus.
